If you've found a sample of a font that you would like to have but you are not sure if it is available, we may be able to help. With a good sample, we may be able to identify the font or, at least, suggest a good alternative. Helping you find a font can take a few minutes or it could take several days - there is no magic formula. In some cases we can spot and identify a font immediately but at other times it is a case of poring over the type books. You are welcome to fax or e-mail a good quality sample of a font and we will have a look at it. However if we cannot identify the font immediately, unfortunately we do not have the resources at present to spend time researching the font.
Faces products are fully guaranteed from technical defects. If you have a problem with any product supplied by Faces, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Free technical support is offered to all registered users of our products.
If the goods are found to be faulty or, if at our discretion, we agree to take back goods for any other reason, you must obtain a Returns Number from Faces. Upon receipt of a return, with a returns number, Faces will raise a credit or supply a replacement as agreed.
However, Faces shall not be under any liablility in respect of goods which are altered, modified or repaired without Faces' consent or defects which arise wholly or partly as a result of negligence or improper handling by any person or any other cause outside the control of Faces
Faces prices the products it carries fairly because we have always been sensitive to the budgets of designers. We do our best to absorb minor price fluctuations due to exchange rate and manufacturers' price changes. However we reserve the right to change prices if necessary without prior notice.
Faces fonts are fully-licensed and meet the highest quality standards before release.
We will do all we can to help our customers. Because we have such a vast collection of digital fonts and images from so many suppliers, all under one roof, it is rare that we would not have what you are looking for. Our website represents just a part of what we have to offer. Our knowledgeable and friendly sales team can help you with just about any product request you have and e-mail (or ISDN) it for same-day delivery or mail it to you.
We send out orders by courier service. Where fonts and images are not available for download, we can usually email or ISDN them to you.
