Different stencil lettering is found on materials whose surfaces are rough or where it is too difficult to machine print them - for example boxes, cartons, sacks, containers or barrels.
The main characteristics of stencil lettering are the bridges that keep the interior spaces from getting bent or being lost. From the design point of view, the special charm of of these types is the apparent accidental nature of the results. The stencils are not always set correctly, the edges are frequently rough and they have irregular intervals.
Apply Design have captured this very essence of stencil lettering in this CD collection.
The CD contains 40 Stencil Fonts in Mac and PC PostScript and PC TrueType, and is licensed for 5 users.
