Further enhancements include the postscript format for nearly all fonts, a custom-designed "€" for 1,900 fonts and generic versions of the euro symbol for all others. The GoldEdition 1.7.1 provides font users with the most comprehensive collection of top quality Linotype, ITC and Rotis fonts in state-of-the-art technological formats – and at a highly attractive price. The newly produced PostScript formats include Central European fonts, Greek fonts,as well as perfected versions of the GoldEdition fonts from ITC and Rotis – performed by and exclusively available from Linotype.

Euro symbol, Copryright and more
Professional users will appreciate many other details of the upgrade in their daily work. For instance, Linotype GoldEdition 1.7.1 features a dedicated Euro symbol for 1,900 fonts, including customized designs for all respective weights. And for the fonts without a unique Euro symbol, generic versions are available in four weights: normal and bold, with or without serifs. In addition, many other symbols,such as Copyright and Trademark symbols, have been updated.
