Shipping Options

Delivery Options and Costs
If you select a product to be delivered via Download, there is NO delivery charge.

However, if you select a product to be delivered via traditional mailing the costs are as follows:

Delivery within the UK (By courier. Next working day).
£10.00 up to 1kg.

International Shipping (by International Courier)
Europe and Scandinavia: £18 up to 0.5kg
USA: £22 up to 0.5 kg
Australasia: £36 up to 0.5 kg
Rest of World: Please contact Faces for cost.

There will be additional costs for packages which are above 0.5 kg. This will be calculated and charged before dispatch. However we will confirm these actual charges with you.

Fonts from Jeremy Tankard Typography
It is the supplier's requirement that fonts are supplied in hard copy. A mandatory £11 is added to the order to cover supply and delivery on CD.

Traditional Delivery Cut-off
Orders for products requiring physical delivery (CD-ROMs, etc.) placed on a business day before 3:00 pm will be sent out  the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be sent out the next business day. However, due to circumstances outside of our control, occasionally this may not be possible. Some font libraries and other CD product may need to be ordered in and may take longer but we will inform you of any delay.
E-mail Delivery Cut-off
Orders for products requiring E-mail delivery placed before 4:00 pm will be e-mailed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be e-mailed the next business day.
