This supplier report has been set up to offer you a 'live' guide to your product sales from www.faces.co.uk and is generated when an order is placed on the Faces' website.

We aim for the reports to be as accurate as possible. However  there may be occasions when we have to subsequently cancel an order, for example because of territory restrictions (e-mailed or hard copy product only) or if an order has not been fulfilled because of technical problems. These will still be included as 'orders' in your online report but would not be included in your royalty report.

Some orders placed at the very end of the month may not be invoiced until the beginning of the following month and will be included in that month's royalty report.

We have also tried to exclude any orders that are made by Faces for site testing purposes but the occasional test order may slip through.

For these reasons your online report may differ from your royalty report. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
