Leading with the comment that the music and film industries could take a leaf out of the typography sector's book when it comes to fighting piracy, Bernhard discusses the problems that software piracy is currently causing. The article goes on to highlight the steps the typography industry is taking in this battle. He covers the plight of a London company that failed to take sufficient steps to ensure that they used properly licensed fonts.
